Fall Deprogramming 2026

articule is introducing a deprogramming approach for Fall 2026. The center is at a pivotal moment in its history, as we will be moving in October after five years at the Plaza Saint-Hubert gallery space. At this crossroads, and in anticipation of major disruptions to the schedule and logistics of our programming, the articule team issued a call for proposals last fall to gather ideas that would treat this uncertainty as an opportunity to unveil a brand-new formula.

La Manda — Camila Vásquez

Through theoretical research that I refer to as “embodied,” I intend to explore my relationship with two pioneers of the avant-garde (Sophie Taeuber-Arp and Sonia Delaunay-Terk), as well as two major Latin American cultural references (Violeta Parra and the band Soda Stereo). My intention is to produce knowledge through the body and emotions, not only through reading and study, but also and above all through a performative approach. — Camila Vásquez
