Wet'suwet'en Fundraiser

Join us for a screening of the documentary Invasion, followed by a bilingual letter-writing session facilitated by articule member arkadi lavoie lachapelle. Paper, pencils and envelopes will be provided.

100% of funds collected at the door will be donated to Unist'ot'en Camp Legal Fund.

arkadi lavoie lachapelle is a professional houseplant, cultivated in middle-class, French-Canadian soil. lavoie lachapelle is currently questioning how her foliage is performing following thirty-years of exposure to the pesticide that is white-supremacism. Gratitude and compassion allow her to get out of her pot; they act as antidotes to the shame and guilt that keep her from being angry and acting against the capitalist bud-burning system.
