Rachel Ní Chuinn makes music as HMS Reliant and collaborates on radio and sound art with CKUT 90.3FM Montreal and others. Having started off as a photographer with training from Central Saint Martin's College of Art & Design, London and Dublin City University, she has since diverged into sound, performance and participatory pieces. Language and how we communicate is featuring more and more in current projects with forays into choreography. Recent performance/sound works showed at Lab Synthese and L'Envers in Montreal and at the White Rabbit Arts Festival in Nova Scotia. Two and Three dimensional pieces are in the permanent care of The Joy Gallery, Dublin.
