La vie, le monde, l'univers, rien n'est quelque chose sans changement. Les métamorphoses façonnent notre expérience et gouvernent le développement de toutes choses. Alors que nous précipitons dans une époque traversée de changements sociaux, économiques et politiques, comment réagissons-nous? comment reconnaissons-nous le changement lorsqu'il survient chez nous, à notre porte, ou  graduellement en nous? Philosophiquement, seul changement est la seule constante. Scientifiquement, rien n'est créé ou détruit, tout se transforme.

America Blasco
America Blasco est une artiste qui travail surtout en photo, vidéo, dessin et installation. Son œuvre explore la relation entre la sexualité et l’identité en utilisant la forme, l’espace et le corps.

 

America Blasco is a visual artist working predominantly in lens-based media, drawing and installation. Her work explores the relationship between sexuality and identity through use of form, space and the body.

 

Soufia Bensaïd

Artiste interdisciplinaire, soufïa bensaïd allie dans sa pratique les arts visuels, la performance et le mouvement. Elle a vécu une partie de sa jeunesse en Tunisie et en France. Ingénieure en hydraulique, elle a ensuite étudié la psychologie sociale et les communications avant de se consacrer à ses recherches artistiques actuelles. Elle vit et travaille à Montréal.

 

Interdisciplinary artist, Soufïa Bensaïd uses visual arts, performance and movement in her practice. She spent a part of her youth in Tunisia and France, became a hydraulics engineer, then studied social psychology and communication before turning towards artistic research. She lives and works in Montreal.

 

Ronald Bélanger
Ronald Bélanger (OCAD '88) a participé à plusieurs expositions de groupe au Canada, États-Unis, Italie, France, Espagne, Portugal, Grande-Bretagne et au Maroc, ainsi que des expositions solos au Canada, États-Unis, France, Espagne, Portugal et Maroc. Il est un artiste peintre abstrait.

 

Ronald Bélanger (OCAD ’88) has participated in several group exhibitions in Canada, USA, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain and Morocco, as well as shown solo exhibitions in Canada, USA, France, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. He is an abstract painter.

 

Sophie Caminade
Sophie Caminade, née le 09 mai 1973. Vit et travaille à Montréal. Elle a vécu dans le sud de la France et fait ses études à l'école des Beaux-Arts de Marseille Luminy.

 

Sophie Camindae was born May 9, 1973. She lives and works in Montreal. She has lived in the South of France and she studied at the École des Beaux-Arts de Marseille Luminy.

 

Didier Delfolie-Noulin
Artiste transmédia privilégiant l'in situ, le processus, le corps, la manoeuvre..., ce qui anime Didier Delfolie-Noulin, c'est la charnière, l'articulation, l'interface. Ce qui relie et sépare. Il vit et travaille à Montréal.

 

Transmedia artist favoring on-site, process, gesture, maneuver—what moves Didier Delfolie-Noulin is the hinge, the articulation, the interface, that which binds and divides. He lives and works in Montreal.

Samuel Garrigó Meza is a multi-disciplinary artist and writer, and a member of articule's board of directors.

Graham Hall
Graham Hall lives and works in Montreal. As a student with OCAD in Florence in 2000, he took a photo of some friends sitting at a bus stop in Fiesole. In April 2011 Graham revisited the same bus stop, but his friends weren't there.

 

Graham Hall vit et travail à Montréal. Quand il était étudiant avec OCAD en Florence en 2000, il a prit une photo de quelques un de ses amis assis à un arrêt de bus à Fiesole. En Avril 2011 Graham est retourné au même arrêt mais ses amis n’étaient pas là.

Jerôme Havre, membre d’articule, vit et travaille à Montréal. Il est représenté par la Galerie Donald Browne.

Edwin Janzen is a visual artist, writer and editor, who also serves as president of articule's board of directors. He lives and works in Montreal.

 

Edwin Janzen est un artiste visuel, un écrivain et éditeur ainsi que le président du conseil administratif d’articule. Il vit et travail à Montréal.

 

Denis Lessard
Depuis 1982, Denis Lessard présente ses performances et ses créations visuelles au Canada, aux États-Unis, en France et aux Pays-Bas.

 

Since 1982, Denis Lessard has been presenting both his performances and visual creations in Canada, the United States, France and the Netherlands.

 

Natalie Olanick
Natalie Olanick is an artist, writer and part-time curator. She teaches at Dawson College and is on the board of articule.

 

Natalie Olanick est une artiste, écrivaine et commissaire à temps partiel. Elle enseigne au cégep Dawson et fait partie du conseil administratif d’articule.

 

Juan Ortiz-Apuy
Juan Ortiz-Apuy vit et travaille à Montréal. Il détient un baccalauréat de l'Université Concordia, un diplôme post-universitaire de la Glasgow School of Art, Écosse et un MFA de l'Université NSCAD, à Halifax.

 

Juan Ortiz-Apuy lives and works in Montreal. He has a BFA from Concordia University, a Post-graduate diploma from The Glasgow School of Art, Scotland and a MFA from NSCAD University, Halifax.

 

Morgan Sea
Morgan Sea est un artiste qui vit et aime à Montréal. Elle aime chats, les câlins et les bandes dessinées.

Morgan Sea is an artist living and loving in Montreal. She likes cats, cuddling, comics and alliteration.

 

Justine Skahan
Justine Skahan works primarily in painting and drawing. She is a recent graduate of the Studio Arts program at Concordia.

 

Justine Skahan travaille principalement en dessin et peinture. Elle a récemment complété son baccalauréat en Beaux Arts à l’université Concordia.

 

Jasia Stuart
Diplomée du Alberta College of Art and Design, survivante du Cosmic Ray Research (résidence d'artiste) et étudiant les nombres binaires, Jasia Stuart trouve la constance de son processus dans la destruction et la reconstruction.

 

Graduate of the Alberta College of Art and Design, survivor of Cosmic Ray Research and student of binary numbers, Jasia Stuart is consistent only in process of taking things apart and putting them back together.
